The process

Email us drawings in a link or pdf format. Once received we will provide a quote for those drawings. Once a quote is agreed upon, we will invoice you a deposit. Once the deposit is paid we will begin working on the estimate. Once the estimate completed we will invoice you for the remaining balance. Once the balance is paid we will submit your estimate via email. ALL QUOTES VARY UPON THE ACTUAL PROJECT SIZE. CLIENT REPRESENTATION

We will act as a representative in meetings with general contractors, developers, architects, property owners on your behalf. Additionally, we review all level-ling sheets to ensure your estimates are according to the scope of work provided.
